1. Agreement Overview

Alright, listen up! Here’s the deal: You want leads, we got leads—50+ MQLs a month to be exact. By rolling with LinkedOtter LLC, you’re agreeing to these terms for the full ride. We’re gonna make magic happen on LinkedIn, but you’ve got to be all in too. Cool? Cool.

2. Services Provided

  • What We Do: LinkedOtter LLC gets you LinkedIn-based outreach that brings in 50+ Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) every month. Yup, real leads, not that fluffy nonsense.

  • How We Do It: We use our Amplified Outbound Strategy. We’ve got the Social Splash Team, Promoter Lotter, Signal Spotter Lotter, and a bunch of other Lotters working like maniacs to make this happen for you. Basically, we’re gonna turn your LinkedIn into a lead-generating beast.

  • The Guarantee: We promise 50+ MQLs each month—no fluff. Just do your part, and we’ll deliver. Otherwise, you get your money back. No BS.

3. Your Job (Client Responsibilities)

  • Team Player Mode: We need you to give us the info we need, fast. We’re talking approvals, access, all that good stuff. No delays, please.

  • The 3-Month Rule: You gotta stick with us for a minimum of 3 months, full participation required. It’s like working out—you don’t see abs after one day, right? Give it time.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: $6,500/month, for at least three months. It’s upfront, it’s monthly, and it’s non-negotiable. You know the value you’re getting.

  • The Bonus Hook: Sign up in November and boom—you get February free. That’s right, on the house. We’re that confident.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The Exit Plan: After the 3-month mark, you can cancel by giving us 30 days’ heads-up. No hard feelings, but give us a little notice.

  • The Guarantee: If we don’t deliver 50+ MQLs per month while you’re doing your part, you get your money back. Simple as that.

6. No Magic Wand Here (Limitation of Liability)

  • We Bring Leads, Not Sales: We’re pros at delivering MQLs, but let’s be clear—we’re not your sales closers. If leads don’t turn into sales, that’s on you and your team.

  • LinkedIn, Baby: Everything we do depends on LinkedIn being LinkedIn. If they decide to flip the switch or something crazy happens, we’re not liable for that. It’s their platform; we just work wonders on it.

7. Confidentiality (Keep It on the Down Low)

  • Your Secrets Are Safe: We keep all the info you give us locked down tight. Strategies, contacts, data—none of it goes anywhere else.

  • For Your Campaign Only: We only use your data to make your campaigns awesome. No sharing without your thumbs-up.

8. Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)

  • Our Content, Until You Pay: Everything we create—scripts, messages, the whole shebang—belongs to us until the contract’s up and the bills are paid. After that, it’s yours.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • We Reserve the Right to Tweak: Things change, and we may need to tweak these terms. If we do, you get 14 days’ notice. No surprises.

10. Governing Law

  • New York, Baby: This agreement falls under New York State law. If we need to settle anything, it’ll happen under NY rules, no exceptions.
